Return & Refund Policy

At Uztoo, we want you to love our honey as much as we love making it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we do not accept returns once the item has been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

In case of Damaged product 

  • Uztoo needs to be notified of damaged product within 2 days from delivery date via email to indiabeefarm@gmail.com
  • In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images & we also need unboxing videos of damaged products to be sent. 
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly  and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Email us at indiabeefarm@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge, depending on your preference and product availability.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they have not yet been shipped. After this window, cancellation is not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, email us at indiabeefarm@gmail.com as soon as possible.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
