At Uztoo, we’re committed to delivering our natural honey to your doorstep quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable).


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days), depending on location and availability

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal service issues, or high order volume.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All over India

  • Selected international countries (subject to additional fees and customs regulations)

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Damaged upon arrival: Please email us with a photo and description of the issue within 3 days of delivery.

  • Lost or missing: Contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs or import processes for international orders


6. Local Pickup (If applicable)

If you’re local and we offer pickup, this option will appear at checkout. We’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time.
